About the Role
Independently manage subsale conveyancing files, ensuring a seamless process from initial opening to final completion.
Draft, prepare, and review a range of legal documents and agreements related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact effectively liaising with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and relevant government authorities.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in conveyancing, with a proven track record in handling subsale matters.
Strong in-depth understanding of Malaysian property law and standard conveyancing procedures.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse client and professional relationships effectively.
