About the Role
Conduct research and development (R&D) in data science and machine learning to explore new approaches and solutions
Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models using appropriate frameworks
Build and maintain predictive and analytical models to support business and strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver analytics-driven opportunities
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data science and machine learning
Present clear, concise, and actionable analytical findings to stakeholders
Requirements
Master’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Strong data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Proficiency in data management and working with complex datasets
Experience in experiment design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an analytics-focused role
Experience with deep learning and unstructured data
Minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience
