How much is the parking?
We do have free parking without any additional charges. There are more than 1,000 spaces for you to park with 24/7 patrol in the area.
What F&B outlets are nearby?
We are located in the Eco Palladium commercial shop lots, which are surrounded by restaurants, cafés, convenience stores (7-Eleven), EcoWorld sales gallery, Eco World Residence Club (Event Halls) and a residential area (Eco Spring). All the above are within walking distance.
What are the nearby landmarks?
Nearby neighbourhoods: Taman Setia Indah, Taman Seri Austin, Taman Daya, Adda Heights, Bandar Dato Onn, Setia Tropika, Taman Austin Heights, Taman Mount Austin.
Are food and beverages allowed?
Yes, we do have a recommended caterer. We will assist you with the arrangements of your food selection and even food presentation in the hall.
How do I book the hall?
Please check the availability with us to proceed with securing a slot. In order to secure the bookings, we will require a security deposit and at least 50% downpayment of the event hall rental.
Do you include laptops or projection devices?
We will include a projector, a white screen, and the PA system. All you need to bring is your laptop with a HDMI connection
What is the procedure for instant booking?
Our event hall will require a booking at least 3-10 days in advance. For instant bookings, we will only provide the default setup or maintain the previous event setup, subject to approval.
Do I need to set up for the event?
We will arrange the setup according to your layout plan and based on our listed equipment at each facility. You may bring your own preferred furniture or items. We will provide a FOC period for you to set up prior and disassemble after the event.
