> INFINITY8 is a Malaysian flexible-workspace operator running 14 coworking locations across Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Penang, offering private suites, dedicated and hot desks, day passes, virtual offices, meeting rooms and event halls. It also provides recruitment, HR payroll and Employer of Record services for companies hiring in Malaysia.

Founded in 2017 and ISO 9001 certified by TÜV, INFINITY8 was named Best Co-Working Space at the PropertyGuru Asia Awards 2022 and is trusted by over 100 companies. Enquiries and bookings are handled on this site and by Fini, the INFINITY8 assistant, on the website chat widget and WhatsApp.

Workspace products, named as INFINITY8 names them: Private Suite (fully enclosed
private office, billed monthly), Dedicated Desk (reserved desk in a shared
office, billed monthly), Hot Desk (flexible seat, billed daily or monthly),
Day Pass (one day on a Hot Desk or Private Suite), Virtual Office (business
address and mail handling, 12-month contract), Meeting Room and Event Hall
(both hourly).

Corporate services: Recruitment, HR Payroll Services, and Employer of Record —
where INFINITY8 becomes the legal employer in Malaysia so a company can hire
without setting up a local entity.

## What We Do Not Do

- INFINITY8 operates in Malaysia only. There are no branches outside Malaysia.
- Do not quote a single national price. Rates vary by location and by contract
  length, and deposits scale with contract length. Take figures from the
  location pages or from a quote, never from another branch.
- Do not assume an amenity or entitlement applies everywhere. Air-conditioning
  hours, cleaning, phone booths, pedestals, business address, and discussion and
  meeting-room credits differ by branch, and some fees such as building access
  apply at selected branches only. Check the branch.
- Day Pass is weekdays only — not weekends or public holidays — and same-day
  booking closes at a daily cutoff.
- Virtual Office is available across the Reserve and Coworking Series, but not
  at Kongsi Work.
- Workspaces are for business use during operating hours. They are not
  residential accommodation and are not let as overnight stays.
