Job Responsibilities:
- Understand client’s requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond.
- Job scope includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
- Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates.
- Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal databases, networks, and professional networking events.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to keep us ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements
- Degree or above in any discipline
- Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients.
- Experience managing both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
