We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent recruitment services to our clients, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring top-tier talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to fully understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
• Offer expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition, providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly, consistently meeting client expectations and needs. - Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
• Identify and source high-quality talent using various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, direct headhunting, networking, etc.).
• Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for roles.
• Manage a talent pool, ensuring it is robust and readily available to meet client demands. - End-to-End Recruitment:
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job description creation to interview management.
• Negotiate salary and contract terms between candidates and clients.
• Provide candidates with timely feedback after interviews, offering guidance and support throughout the hiring process. - Account Management:
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, working to expand business opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Develop strategies to retain clients and acquire new ones, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns and initiatives that attract new clients and talent. - Reporting and Analytics:
• Track key recruitment metrics and generate reports to support management decision-making.
• Analyze performance data to assess progress, identify areas of improvement, and refine recruitment strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Several years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, industry-specific requirements, and key roles.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to handle salary discussions and contract agreements effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts and candidates simultaneously.
