Job Responsibilities:
- Write engaging and thoughtful copy across social, print, video, digital for diverse projects such as email newsletter, advertising campaigns, physical assets, web content, sales collateral, PR related functions, scripts, digital and social ad campaigns, and more.
- Regularly prepare, post, and manage social media copywriting content, newsletter, and blog posts based on content strategy discussed with Marketing Manager.
- Develop communication strategies to position our wide range of products and solutions effectively.
- Explore and experiment with content platforms such as podcasts/audio content, Reddit, and blogs to broaden our reach.
- Oversee projects from inception to deployment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the creative process.
- Maintain consistency in conveying narrative to diverse target audiences, including prospective and current members, employees, and partners.
- Generate fresh copy aligned with the brand based on creative briefs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with designers, social media specialists, and other team members.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure impeccable quality.
- Uphold and contribute to the maintenance of Voice Guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
- Work closely with the Brand, Content, PR teams, and cross-functional departments to develop content and social media strategies.
- Maintain and raise our social media presence and awareness using measurable KPIs.
- Regularly review and optimize website landing pages and user experience (UX) in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects within specified timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, writing, journalism, or a related subject.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputable marketing agency or brand.
- Experience in copywriting and content writing—including ad copy, print copy, campaign copy, long form copy.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills with a keen eye for proofreading and editing.
- Previous experience handling campaigns for brands and writing for digital ads.
- Sound knowledge of content marketing, content creation, and emerging trends.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects across departments simultaneously.
- Motivated by writing copy that inspires.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
