About The Role :
As the Partnership Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partnership strategy to drive growth and brand visibility. You’ll identify, negotiate, and manage strategic collaborations that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and create value for both INFINITY8 and our partners.
You will own the partnership ecosystem, acting as a bridge between INFINITY8 and like-minded brands, organizations, and communities to maximize mutual opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Identify and prioritize high-value partners (e.g., tech platforms, enterprise clients, industry associations) aligned with INFINITY8’s growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, contract finalization, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to structure win-win agreements (revenue-sharing, co-marketing budgets, exclusivity terms).
Loyalty Program Leadership:
- Own the strategy and execution of INFINITY8’s i8 Rewards program, ensuring it drives member engagement and retention.
- Design creative incentives (e.g., tiered rewards, partner discounts, exclusive events) to attract new coworkers and deepen loyalty.
- Analyze program performance and iterate based on member feedback and industry trends.
Lead Negotiations & Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners by aligning objectives and incentives.
- Lead negotiations on partnership terms, co-marketing budgets, and loyalty program deliverables to maximize value for both INFINITY8 and our partners.
Drive Co-Marketing & Loyalty Initiatives:
- Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events that provide mutual value for INFINITY8 and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, and performance marketing) to deliver high-quality co-branded assets.
Monitor & Report Performance:
- Define success metrics for each partnership and track their performance (e.g., lead generation, campaign reach, ROI).
- Prepare monthly reports for leadership, showcasing the impact of partnerships on business growth.
Monitor industry trends to continuously enhance our loyalty program (i8 Rewards), ensuring it remains competitive and highly attractive to coworkers.
Provide support for any additional tasks or projects as requested by the Marketing Manager or supervisor.
Qualifications and Competencies
- 3–5 years in B2B partnerships, business development, or loyalty program management (coworking, real estate, or SaaS industries preferred).
- Proven success in creating and scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align partnerships to broader company objectives.
- Creative co-marketing expertise, with experience in developing and delivering joint campaigns or events.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking partnership ROI and optimizing performance.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to foster trust with partners and internal teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
