Job Responsibilities:

Plan and Execute

  • Support the marketing and partnerships team in conceptualizing and delivering innovative events that align with INFINITY8’s brand and goals.
  • Manage logistics for a variety of initiatives, including member events, brand activations, and partner collaborations.
  • Ensure every event is executed flawlessly, delivering unforgettable experiences for attendees.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and respective Business Units, to align event objectives and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Act as a central point of contact for event-related communications and coordination.

Deliver Impactful Experiences

  • Assist in developing creative and engaging concepts for events that resonate with target audiences.
  • Support branding, design, and guest experience efforts to ensure a cohesive and impactful event narrative.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and attendee satisfaction.

Track Performance and Improve

  • Collect and analyze event data to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather attendee and stakeholder feedback to refine future event strategies.


Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in organizing and managing events of various scales, from small gatherings to larger activations.
  • Familiarity with event management tools and best practices is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and partners.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges during event execution.
  • Attention to detail to ensure every aspect of an event is executed to the highest standard.
  • High-energy, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for creating experiences that connect people and elevate brands.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
