Position Overview :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our human resources are effectively utilized and aligned with our business goals, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
  • Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design and manage employee compensation and benefits packages.
  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle workplace safety, health regulations, and legal documentation.

Performance Management:

  • Develop performance appraisal systems and processes.
  • Assist managers with employee performance evaluations and improvement plans.

HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Create and update company policies and procedures related to HR practices.
  • Ensure policies are communicated effectively and adhered to.

Organizational Development:

  • Support organizational change initiatives and manage transitions.
  • Assist with workforce planning and restructuring efforts.

HR Information Systems:

  • Manage HR information systems and databases to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and strategy.

Employee Well-being:

  • Implement programs to promote work-life balance, mental health, and overall well-being.
  • Manage workplace wellness initiatives and support systems.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases.
