Job Responsibilities:
Due to company expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic Account Admin officer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for day-to-day invoicing, data inventory control, bookkeeping and clerical scope. The main objectives are to manage customer billing and accounting record preparation.
- Create invoices, credit memos, update accounting records, customer information, and send payment reminders.
- Provide administrative support to the operation and sales department, including managing and organizing key documents.
- Manage accounts payable and ensure all payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining filing and updating records as required.
- Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
- Updating management on any financial discrepancies found during invoicing duties.
- Preparing sales & financial monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in accounting, business admin or other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting admin portfolio
- Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
